Step 1:


The user clicks on the tab "support" added on your web application.

He presses the key combination you defined to start support process (e.g. Ctrl+F1)









Step 2:

He enters his email and describes shortly his issue.

Every issues are saved in kopilo's database to keep track of users' support experience.



Step 3:

If any support agent is connected, a notification to the team is sent.

Otherwise, an instant message service is launched.
 









Step 4:

If an agent is connected, he can lead the user with a hand-shaped remote mouse.
